We are on the look out for Atlantic Experience Activity and Events Team Members

Salary: £12.79 per hour
Closing date: Friday, 11 September 2026 at 12:00 BST

We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join the College’s Atlantic Experience team on a part time basis, helping us make the most of our unique campus, facilities and activities.
As part of this vibrant team, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences while helping to maximise the use of our campus facilities for students, residents, visitors and commercial customers. This will include, coordinating pool sessions for students and commercial bookings alike, supporting residential education programmes, outdoor and adventure activities, community events, day camps and private hire events.

We have three roles available with varying hours;
15.5 hours per week
13 hours per week
16.5 hours per week
*Shift times will vary for each role

Come along to the UWC Atlantic Art Centre at St Donat’s Castle for a concert of live music performed by our very own international students. We have just launched our Cafe Concert dates from September 2026- May 2027🌍✨

With students from 90+ countries, each concert offers a wonderful mix of musical talent, cultures and styles — from accomplished musicians to enthusiastic beginners. Every performer benefits from the opportunity to build confidence and develop their public performance skills.
