Mae Grwp Gweithredu Lleol Pysgodfeydd Gwynedd a Mon yn hwyluso datblygiad cynaladwy cymunedau pysgota. The aim of the Anglesey and Gwynedd Fisheries Local Action Group (FLAG) is to support the fishing industry and associated communities in both counties through the delivery of a range of actions and activities. The FLAG is representative of the sectors it supports and will encourage a bottom up ap
proach in order to develop viable and sustainable projects. The FLAG for Anglesey and Gwynedd will contribute towards achieving this aim by pursuing the following objectives:
1. Encouraging diversification of economic activity
3. Preserving and enhancing the environmental, cultural and social welfare
4. Empowering the local fishing communities. These aims and objectives have been fed into the Fisheries Local Development Strategy for Gwynedd and Anglesey, a copy of which can be downloaded from the Menter Mon website. Nod Grŵp Gweithredu Pysgodfeydd Lleol (FLAG) Ynys Môn a Gwynedd yw cefnogi’r diwydiant pysgota a’r cymunedau cysylltiedig yn y ddwy sir drwy ddarparu amrywiaeth o gamau gweithredu a gweithgareddau. Mae’r FLAG yn cynrychioli’r sectorau y mae’n ei gefnogi a bydd yn annog dull gweithredu o’r gwaelod i fyny er mwyn datblygu prosiectau dichonadwy a chynaliadwy. Bydd FLAG Ynys Môn a Gwynedd yn cyfrannu tuag at gyflawni’r nod hwn drwy ddatblygu’r amcanion a ganlyn:
1.Ychwanegu gwerth at gynhyrchion pysgodfeydd
2. Annog amrywiaeth gweithgarwch economaidd
3. Cadw a gwella lles cymdeithasol, diwylliannol ac amgylcheddol
4. Rhoi grym i’r cymunedau pysgota lleol. Mae’r nôd ac amcanion yma wedi eu hymgorffori o fewn y Strategaeth Datblygu Pysgodfeydd Lleol ar gyfer Gwynedd a Môn, a gellid lawrlwytho copi o safle we Menter Mon.
