An impromptu 3.5 hour drive to Salisbury to see Portals a solo exhibition by my favourite artist David Mankin Art . My 1st time to see his work in person and what an absolute treat to meet David at the gallery too! The colours, expressive energy, and mark making in his work surpassed all my expectations. What a day 🧡

Sold 'Morning Tower' .

This small painting was created whilst I lived in Bredon as part of a series of work capturing my love for Bredon Hill.

I have so many treasured memories there and I am over the moon that someone who lives local to Bredon Hill and knows how special it is has purchased this one.

My fave colours are
Cobalt Turquiose Light
Cadmium red light
Lemon Yellow
Buff Titanium
Process Magenta

I don't use all of these together but at least two of these make an appearance in every painting I make.

🌟 International Women's Day exhibition 2026 🌟

In celebration of International Women's Day 2026, we are holding an exhibition at Y Tŷ Celf - The Art House.

"By Her Hand " features works from 17 female artists, exploring the diversity of feminine vision.

The exhibition launch will take place on the 7th March and everyone is welcome!

Demos and workshops will be running on the 7th & 8th March. Limited spaces are available, so booking is essential.
