We’re looking for a FULL-TIME HEAD CHEF to join our kitchen team from November! 🔥

Are you a chef who takes Sunday dinner VERY seriously? 😂

We’re looking for someone who can create a STUNNING Sunday carvery, bring new ideas to the menu and help make our food a real talking point at The Stradey Arms! 🍽️

🔥 WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• A chef who can create an amazing Sunday carvery & confidently interact with customers at the carvery deck
• Someone creative who loves putting their own stamp on dishes
• A strong leader who can motivate and develop a kitchen team
• Someone organised, passionate and proud of the food they serve
• Experience in a pub, restaurant or busy kitchen preferred

What an emotional morning,
I shed my first tear when it comes to leaving the Stradey after a fantastic 6 years!

Id like to thank The Crusaders Bowls Club for all the continuous support they have given me since taking over The Stradey Arms, Its been a pleasure to be not just your sponsor but also being your friend, Thank you so much for my beautiful flowers, hope you all enjoy your buffet and I will call to see you all in the week! ‼️ CUSTOMER ATTENTION

As you are well aware Lisa is leaving The Stradey Arms as of November.

I am very excited to announce that The Stradey Arms will be under the Tenure of myself Brooklyn Maides as of the first of November and I will be your new Landlord 😉

As most of you know, I have worked for Lisa & Wayne for quite a good few years, starting off over in Tafarn Morlais & then down in The Stradey Arms then I left to go and work alongside my family in another pub, then I returned back to The Stradey Arms last year 😅

While the last few years have been a fun time it’s where I’ve learnt a lot about pubs, running a pub business itself, how things work & what a community pub needs.

What I can promise you is the guaranteed warm welcome The Stradey Arms has always had 😘
