The Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza is a spectacular event which takes place over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend in the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. The event celebrates the local Victorian heritage and the Victorian heritage in fairground and entertainment. Here you can upload pictures and talk to other extravaganza fans and exhange memories!

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our much-loved, long-standing committee member, Muriel Baldwin. 🤍

Muriel dedicated so much of her time and support to the Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza over the years and became a very special part of our event and its history.

Many will fondly remember Muriel in her wonderful role as our Queen Victoria, a role she carried with such pride and which brought so much character to the Extravaganza.

Her long-standing commitment, kindness and presence will be deeply missed by everyone involved with the event.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Muriel’s family and friends at this very sad time.

Thank you for everything, Muriel. You will always be remembered as a special part of the Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza. 🤍

The Grand Parade will officially return in 2027! 🎉

We know how much you all loved our midday parade, so for our 40th event (with a short break during the COVID years), we’re bringing it back🙌🏻🥁💃🏼🕺.

But we need your help!! 🫵🏻🫵🏻
Calling all marching bands, performers, and anyone who loves dressing up in Victorian costumes — we need you to help bring the parade to life! 🎺🥁🎩 Please get in touch if you’d like to be involved.

We’d also love to hear from local businesses and community groups who want to take part in the 2027 event. This is all about celebrating together, and we’re keen to make it something truly special for the whole community.

We’re also looking for parade stewards, so if you’d like to be part of the team, please drop us a message.
