Wrth i Awst llithro heibio, mae teulu’r ŵyl wedi cael eu darganfod mewn caeau heulog, gerddi cysgodol, ystafelloedd cŵl, dyfroedd adfywiol a hyd yn oed ar “orseddau” — pob un wedi ymgolli yn eu llyfrau. 📚☀️

Mae darganfod hoff gornel i eistedd a darllen, yn un o bleserau syml bywyd.

Hoffem wybod ble rydych chi’n darllen a beth rydych chi’n ei ddarllen yr haf hwn. Rhannwch eich hoff lefydd darllen a’r awduron rydych chi’n eu mwynhau.

Rydyn ni’n addo na fyddwn ni’n dwyn eich lle… ond efallai y byddwn ni’n benthyg eich llyfr! 📖😉

As we glide into the second half of August, many of the festival family have been found in sunny fields, shady gardens, cool rooms, refreshing waters and even on “thrones” — each one engrossed in their books. 📚☀️

Discovering a favourite nook to sit and read is, without doubt, one of life’s simple joys.

We’d love to know where you’re reading and what you’re reading this summer. Please share your favourite reading spots and the authors you’re enjoying.

🎶Diolch yn fawr i am gefnogi’r gerddoriaeth a dawns yn yr Ŵyl. Trwy ei grant mae’r perfformwyr wedi cael eu talu am ei sgiliau a’i thalent.

Thank you to for supporting the music and dance at the festival. Through their grant we were able to pay the performers for their skills and talent.

🎨🖌️✏️Take a walk down Carmarthen Street in Llandeilo and enjoy the creative talents of our local children.

The poems and artwork on display have been created as part of a special schools project inspired by Children’s Laureate Wales, Nicola Davies for the

invited pupils to create an artwork based on nature, then exchange their piece with another pupil, who responded by writing a poem inspired by the image.

A huge thank you and congratulations to the pupils for their contributions.

I can’t believe it’s already been a week since the start of the festival. The sessions are still very much alive in our minds.

We’d like to thank and highlight the local businesses who supported the festival so generously. Their contribution truly made a difference. Without their support, it simply wouldn’t have been the event it was.

Well known for their excellent hospitality, Andrew and the team made sure our authors were greeted and looked after with a Llandeilo croeso. Many were taken where taken with the view from their rooms.

We’d also like to thank Andrew for introducing us to Paul Harrison @ and his book ‘Stephie’s Coloured Candle’ illustrated by festival friend Scott Artus. Both Paul and Scott held sessions at Kids Fest and proceeds from the book sales go to support Tenovus making a real difference.

Diolch o galon i bob cyfrannwr: y beirdd a roddodd oedi, yr awduron a’r cadeiryddion a luniodd ein sgyrsiau, y cerddorion a roddodd rythm i ni, y dawnswyr a ddaeth â symudiad, a’r gwirfoddolwyr a’r noddwyr a wnaeth y cyfan yn bosibl. Diolch! Diolch! Diolch!

Am ychydig ddyddiau disglair, daeth y dref yn ganolfan feddwl a gweithredu creadigol. Syniadau’n sbarduno, geiriau’n gwehyddu, a cherddoriaeth yn llifo drwy’r strydoedd — gan lenwi pob cornel ag egni a chysylltiad.

What a weekend has been.

With deepest thanks to every contributor: the poets who gave us pause, the writers and chairs who shaped our conversations,the musicians who gave us rhythm, the dancers who brought movement, and the volunteers and sponsors who made it all possible. Thank you!

For a few luminous days, the town became a hotbed of creative thought and action. Ideas sparking, words weaving, music carrying through the streets filling every corner with energy and connection.

Something of that vibrancy remains, humming softly in the air. A lingering echo of a weekend rich with joy, imagination, and shared spirit.
