A year ago, I was asked to attend Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors to create a hand casting of a young man named Liam, who had tragically lost his life.
Due to the circumstances surrounding his passing, his family weren’t able to be there for the casting. We completely understood that, and most importantly, we gave his family the time, space and privacy they needed to grieve.
Eventually, Liam’s children felt ready enough to come along and have their hands carefully integrated into the casting with their dad.
What we created together was something incredibly special — a lasting connection between a father and his children, captured forever in their hands.
A precious keepsake, made with love, that allows Liam’s children to hold onto a little piece of their dad and carry his memory with them always.
Moments like this remind me why I do what I do. Creating memories that become priceless pieces of someone’s story. 🤍
