Kwyjibo - FFO Jimmy Eat World, Death Cab for Cutie, and Balance & Composure.

Kwyjibo is the solo project of Charlie Lord (Honeycub, Glass Nerve). Envisioned as an unrestrained outlet, Kwyjibo uses its free, flexible, DIY ethic to bring a melting pot of influences.

With the loud, effected guitars of alternative rock; the earnest and vulnerable lyrics of singer-songwriters; and the depth of delivery of shoegaze melding together in a variety of left-field ways, Kwyjibo is definitely a project to watch out for in 2025 and beyond.

Dropstitch FFO: Alexisonfire, Spiritbox

Dropstitch are a four-piece alternative band from Liverpool, comprising Marie (vocals), Beesh (guitar), Luke (bass), and Jonty (drums). Formed in 2025 and bound together by a shared appetite for music that pushes as hard emotionally as it does technically, their focus is on hard-hitting arrangements, dynamic shifts, and vocals that can turn on a knife's edge between soaring melody and visceral intensity.

Drawing comparisons to Alexisonfire and Spiritbox, Dropstitch write music that sits at the intersection of aggression and emotional exposure.

Everything the band does is handled in-house. Produced and mixed by Beesh, with artwork designed by Luke, Dropstitch operates with complete creative independence. A deliberate choice that runs through every aspect of how they work.

Dropstitch are a band with something to say and the craft to say it properly.

They play The Jacaranda Club on 28th September with a stunner of a line up also featuring;
Chemical Cut
Damsens
Planet Noir
