📣 THE NARRATIVE BRINGS LIVERPOOL'S SONGWRITING COMMUNITY TO THE ROYAL COURT THEATRE FOR LIVERPOOL MUSIC MONTH

The Narrative () will take to The Studio at the Royal Court Theatre on Tuesday 30th of June 2026 for a special evening celebrating original music, storytelling and connection, as part of the Liverpool Music Month Programme.

Known for creating welcoming spaces where songwriters can share not only their songs but the stories behind them, The Narrative's latest event will bring together some of the region's most exciting emerging artists for an intimate Nashville-style
songwriter round.

Putting songwriters and their craft centre stage, the evening is designed to invite
the audience behind the scenes of each song, offering a rare insight into the inspiration, experiences and moments that shape the music. Alongside live performances, guests will have the opportunity to meet fellow creatives, industry professionals and music lovers, reflecting The Narrative's ongoing commitment to building a stronger, more connected music community in Liverpool.

Founded in 2023 by Liverpool songwriter Rheana Breckon (nee Forrester), The Narrative has become a platform dedicated to championing original music through showcases, songwriting camps, networking opportunities and creative collaborations.

Hosted in the intimate surroundings of The Studio at the Royal Court Theatre, the event aims to celebrate the city's thriving grassroots music scene while encouraging collaboration between artists, industry professionals and audiences alike.

As Liverpool Music Month shines a spotlight on the city's rich music culture, The Narrative's showcase offers a reminder that behind every great song is a story worth telling—and behind every thriving music scene is a community that supports it.
