🕵‍♀️ AGATHA CRUSTY AND THE VILLAGE HALL MURDERS - BY DEREK WEBB 🕵‍♀️

A rising wave of suspicious deaths targets members of the All Saints Village Hall committee in the sleepy rural village of Chortleby. Detective Inspector Twigg arrives to lead the official inquiry, but his utter incompetence turns the tragic situation into a comedy of errors. Crime novelist Agatha Crusty visits her sister-in-law, she uses her professional deduction skills to untangle a large lineup of eccentric local suspects and solve the genuine mystery before anyone else dies.

Important casting notice! We are looking for a new cast member for our next play being performed in November, 'Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders', as unfortunately the original actor has had to pull out. We're looking for a female actor, preferably 20's or early 30's to play Mandy, a streetwise, feisty model. It's a small but important and very funny role. Anyone interested or needing more information please reply to this post or message me on [email protected].
Rehearsals are Monday and Wednesday evenings until the performance dates, 12-15th November. 😍🎭

We are looking for 7 females and 4 males aged 20-70+ to take part in our next production, "Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders".

Show dates: 12th-15th November 2026.

Rehearsal times: Monday evenings, and then additional rehearsals on Wednesday evenings towards show time.

We will also need help backstage and stage management if that is more you thing!

🎭 Well that's a wrap! 🎭

Thank you so much everyone who came to support our latest show, "The Late Mrs Early" by Norman Robbins.

A huge extra thanks to our actors, backstage team, front of house and committee members who offer endless support in making these shows happen.
