Our second Christmas performance of the year will be with Liverpool Harmonic Gospel Choir at St Annes, Augburth. We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Owen Roberts.
Owen accompanied the choir at our concerts from the beginning and stepped up to lead rehearsals as recently as 2023. He would travel from his home in North Wales to Merseyside for rehearsals and performances to help out our group just as he always did with so many musical groups across the area. His musical knowledge, experience, humility and wisdom will be a huge loss to many, including our MD and choir. Rest in peace, Owen.
