Pole is about more than movement. It’s about confidence, self-expression, connection and finding a space where you can show up as your authentic self.

In this video I’m pole dancing on a spinny pole, doing several moves, holding myself up, spinning…

When I started…I couldn’t hold myself up for longer than 1 second (seriously!) on a STATIC pole. I couldn’t spin because I felt SO DIZZY 😵‍💫. It hurt (the skin 😅), I was SO FAR from graceful but it was MY THING, it made me feel ALIVE & amazing & badass so I kept coming back 🫶🏻
