First ever Con and my first ever guests.

To meet for my first ever guest was something else. And to sign the first ever Star Trek book I got as a kid. I'd have said more but a teeny bit awestruck and had been listening to him chat with a lovely pair of chaps from Belgium. Maybe next time Captain! Maybe Glasgow ;)

But to top it off with for my lads first ever guest and my secondwas mind blowing.

I'm gonna meet everyone next time and see some of those Guest Talks.

One of the coolest things about going through our second hand records is finding little things like this. 68 years ago this probably meant the world to K Sumner and now it can to you too on this lovely old Record Store Day 2026. We've got tons of stuff in as always at my lovely shop at Red Brick Market. Once you've checked out all the gloriousness at the Jacaranda, 81 Renshaw Street and more, than check out all the other record stores that Liverpool is so very lucky to have. When we started there were only a couple left and now it's flourishing across town.

10 Years!!!! A massive thank you and a LOT of love to Chris and all the Red Brick Staff over the years, our amazing stallholders and the customers who make this one of the best businesses in Liverpool.

I reckon we've got another 100 years in us.

There still some Gold Tickets around and we've added some gorgeous stuff from the vaults. Galvanise 12" Single! That amazing John Cooper Clarke plectrum single and an original 1977 Star Wars issue of the soundtrack from Italy. And some lpvely prints and artwork from the glorious back catalogue of the legendary Catherine O'Hara!

We've moved around a few times, from the original, to the Hangar and now our favourite space in Red Brick Market. It's been an amazing decade and here's to many more.
