Our legendary Solid Sate Logic 6000E/G console has been described as "the world's g

reatest hit making machine with more platinum albums than any other console. No other mixing desk has had such a profound impact on the wider music business. A new Total Recall and full Automation system has replaced the obsolete computer by allowing the engineer to write fader movements and cuts from the console direct to Pro Tools seamlessly. Total Recall allows the recall of every switch and fader across the whole desk to be recorded as a snap shot which in turn allows the engineer to return the whole console to that saved set up. In essence our console is "the" iconic desk of all time. Not surprisingly Abbey Road (3) has just had one fitted in their studio. The Recording areas

There are six different recording areas with controlled and yet variable acoustics ranging from our large livearea to our stone room with all the spaces in between. Equipment List. And so the day begins at Soundhouse. An EP project for the amazing Mizzo. This time it’s kit 2 in the stone room. As per our late 60s Ludwig, it’s already set up and mic’d to save set up time. Selected snare was rare Ludwig piccolo. Arrived at 10am and recording by 11:16am.
