Hi all

To those that was effected by our unit being unacceptable see email attached from the storage company confirming we was missed of the email regarding the works being carried out. This is now being looked into and soon as I hear more I will let you know.

When you turn up at your storage unit to collect items that are out on hire, only to find you can’t access it with absolutely no notice or warning.

Armadillo Storage have redone the floor outside our unit, which apparently takes three days to dry, meaning we can’t get to our equipment.

We’ve now been told an email was sent out over a month ago to warn customers, but somehow we were missed off the email. What I can’t believe is that they didn’t even put a notice on the main entrance to let people know before they arrived. Apparently, we’re not the only customers this has happened to either.

We now have jobs that been cancelled because we can’t access our own equipment. Cancelled jobs mean lost income.

Really disappointed with how this has been handled. Thanks, Armadillo Storage. Not happy at all.
