A firm Fred’s favourite, Liverpool singer-songwriter Lydia Reece returns with her band for a feel-good set blending soul, R&B and jazz-funk — made for moving to.
Wednesday | Live Music | Blueberry Moon | 8pm
Smooth, soulful and effortlessly stylish. Blueberry Moon return with their signature blend of jazz and soul, delivering laid-back grooves and a sound described as “honey for the ears.”
Thursday | Live Music | Sticky Lips | 8pm
Fresh from releasing their debut EP, Sticky Lips are back with a high-energy, brass-fuelled set of big arrangements, tight grooves and plenty of noise. Not one for sitting quietly at the back.
Friday | Closed for a Private Event | All Day & Evening

Saturday | Food & Live Music | The Saturday Set | 12–4pm
Ease into Saturday with bottomless pizza, a jug of Spritz or Sangria and live vocals — all for £25pp.
Followed by | John Dean | From 6pm
John Dean takes over from 6pm, digging through soul, funk and disco before shifting things up a gear as Saturday night gets going.
Sunday | Freshers Welcome Sunday Roast | 12–8pm
Freshers have landed, so we’re introducing the new intake to a proper Fred’s Sunday. Two courses for £22 or three for £27 — plus students get 20% off roasts with valid student ID.
Followed by | Live Music | Any Old Tune | 8pm
Bobby West hosts our weekly open mic from 8pm. Sing, play, bring a song or settle in with a drink and discover some of Liverpool’s best emerging talent.
