MEET THE DIRECTOR

Zara Marie Brown is a Liverpool based theatre director, producer and all round theatre maker. She has been fortunate enough to work with inspiring companies such as Hope street limited, Daniel Taylor productions, Bespectled theatre, grin theatre, page to stage to name a few. Working on massive immersive street theatre, to traditional Shakespeare to teaching drama to Syrian refugees. She is a co- founder of her theatre Decima Theatre, their most recent performance was an adaptation of The picture of Dorian Gray called “Gray” at the Hope Street Theatre. As well as this most recent version of “Last Appointment”. She is also working with Likeminded productions on a show called “One Sided Love” with Caitlin Bradley.

MEET THE WRITER

John is has been writing seriously since around 1998, though he has been writing on and off since his teens. Shortly after he began treading the path that led to writing Last Appointment and others, he began to act and has brought his experiences in theatre to his writing.

Among John’s other achievements have been the establishing of two writing groups, performing in two thirty-three hour improvathons, running two annual Page to Stage Festivals, writing for a radio soap opera, and appearing as a background artist in a couple of TV series.

Meet the actors:

Damien Rowe will be playing Stuart in the latest production of Last Appointment. Damien has starred in roles such as "Everyday Apocalypse" where he won a best actor award in the page to stage festival. He also has done a number of films including "Tory Baby" "NOCITSA" and "Altar" to name a small few. We are very excited to have him on board.

Meet Our Actors!

Mairi-Claire Kennedy as Alice in our latest production of "Last appointment". She is reprising her role as she first performed the role in the production 5 years ago at the page to stage festival.
She has also been part of Burjesta Theatre's "Medea", "Half sky" by Ian Salmon and has also starred in a short film 3 Squid which appeared in the Cannes film Festival.
