We’ve loved delivering these workshops during this year. It’s been thoroughly inspiring to read the wonderful poetry written by children and young people of all ages 🩵📝🎵

“Students said they feel like they understand the structure of poems more and will take that knowledge with them into English lessons. They also said they gained the confidence to write creatively when no sentence starters are given. We cannot thank Jackson enough for his kindness and his passion, it was infectious for staff and students. He showed vulnerable children that expression is fun. We are so pleased with how the afternoon went!”

What a fabulous start to our space week! 🚀

We had a visit from As Creatives who led our whole school assembly and workshops for each year group. We talked about rocket heroes as our theme is Rocket Revolution.

In our assembly, we learnt about the evolution of our planet over billions of years. We had some superstar volunteers too who helped act out the different phases of the evolution of life!

Thank you for all the wonderful rockets you have made so far at home. We are excited for a busy, space filled week!

💦 This year’s Science Week will take place from the 8th - 15th November, with the theme of “Water” – and our whole-school programme, The Super Science of Water, is the perfect way to help your school celebrate this key event!

💧Available to primary schools across Ireland!

༄.°Able to accommodate the whole of up to a two-form entry school in a single day, The Super Science of Water opens with a whole-school assembly bringing to life some of the ways we use water – and some of the things it does that still baffle the scientists of today. This leads to a series of age-differentiated, drama-based workshops exploring particular aspects of this magical liquid and focusing in on the water-based achievements of some amazing Irish pioneers!
