Groove on the Green is an exciting free festival. This annual Jazz, Soul, Swing and Blues festival that takes place during the Spring promises to attract plenty. The festival will feature up and coming bands from local universities and more established north based bands, including locally acclaimed Jazz bands. We are determined to provide cutting edge acts, with specialised programming to present
some of the best future music of this genre. For the artists we provide a real opportunity to showcase their talent and build their fan bases. Groove on the Green aims to make Jazz music more accessible by offering it to a wider audience, helping to elevate creative thinking and to raise the profile of jazz music.
