𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 🥹

We have been absolutely blown away by the response to this year's Liverpool Improvisation Festival 🎭

As co-directors we've been planning and preparing for the festival since LIF2O25 finished, so seeing it come to life has been phenomenally rewarding 😊

We obviously couldn't do it by ourselves, we have a huge community of folks to thank for helping the festival happen, including...

❤️ our wonderful volunteers, Su, Colleen, Kat and Issy
❤️ Ryan, the best production manager we could have asked for
❤️ the talented team of musicians, Ollie, Ryan and Sam
❤️ our jam host, Mike (and Jenny for lending us her keyboard!)
❤️ AB, the cities best photographer
❤️ the team helping Mark with our ensemble show, Neely and Fergus
❤️ LJMU film students capturing parts of the festival
❤️ Babbette for capturing the jam with your magnificent art skills
❤️ Hal for interviewing our acts
❤️ Theatre Muse and Phoenix Remix for always supporting LIF and the wide world of improv

We are beyond lucky to have three partner venues...
❤️ Unity Theatre - with a huge shout out to Eli, Emily, Xenia, Liz, the front of house team and back of house staff who all believe that improv deserves a space in their beautiful theatre
❤️ Arts Bar Hope St for hosting every workshop and letting us party the night away each evening
❤️ LJMU for welcoming our ensemble for 8hrs of intensive rehearsal

And of course...
❤️ all 18 acts who showcased how beautifully diverse and joyful improv should be
❤️ our world class teaches, TJ, Andĕl, Rebecca, Diana, ImprompTwo, The School of Night
❤️ everyone who came and supported the festival and watched shows

Next year we turn 5 so keep your eyes out for what we've got planned 👀

The final day of shows at this year's Liverpool Improvisation Festival was absolutely mega 👏

We had 7 incredible shows, all different, all exceptionally good...

All finished off with music in the bar by our amazing musician Ollie 🎹
