So here is the story of the wedding picture I posted a couple of days ago…….

We had the most wonderful day & evening in 27th July 1996 and are approaching 30years married.
The fire alarm went off as the afternoon reception was finishing. All 100 guests were evacuated for around half an hour Luckily it was a beautiful day.
We were asked if we wanted photos in the fire engine whilst we waiting.
In a little twist, the lovely firefighter who was driving the fire engine had also driven one of our wedding cars earlier in the day !
I've only just realised there's a photo of him standing at the back of us in one of our photos 🤩
It all just added to what was a perfect day 😊
