It's out. HEAVY GOOD IS OUT.
The first I wrote out of the 4 songs was Woo. I actually wrote it in like 2018 one night living on Alexandra Parade. Up too late as I had my 9-5 to go to the next day. But I got stuck on these 2 chords (lol) and I put together a few lines about wanting to be loved (lol) and BOOM, been playing it at every gig ever since. Now that it's down and recorded I can't believe it!
How It Looks is my diss track. My country pop anthem. I wrote it in 2020 when I was living alone and hadn't hugged anyone in months and this song just sort of fell out of me. Had s**t to say lol.
Holier Than Cows I wrote the day after How It Looks. I was fu***ng around on garage band on my ipad mini and all of a sudden I've layered like 16 vocals bits to a song about Cows? Holy cows? I don't know. It's the weirdest one on the EP I'd say and I really like it.
And lastly, Heavy. Heavy is the newest of the 4. I wrote maybe a month before going into record the EP as I wasn't happy with what I was cooking up at the time. I was living in Perth and u locked myself away for a couple hours and came out with one of the saddest songs I've ever wrote and thought 'that'll be grand'. Even though I feel I just clumsily whacked it together, it's my favourite song on the EP.

The blinkies are my fairy godmothers who for some reason seem to really like what I do and they work their cute butts off dedicating themselves to get people to listen to me. It's so weird and wonderful. I love them.
