A series of nights showcasing all things Hip-Hop within its 5 elements in one evening. The Hip-Hop Headquarters is a hub for the breakers, the sprayers, the rhyme scheme players, the mixers, the scratchers, and beatboxing mad hatters! The events regularly bring MCs, beatboxers, DJs, as well as spoken word poetry and live art, brought by local and national artists.

Conscious rapper retro and introspective music to advocate for marginalised people, and to be a represent for the experience of Black & mixed youth who grew up in white spaces as this experience has been overlooked in UK HipHop & Rap music.

In the words of LL COOL J: DON'T CALL IT A COME BACK!!!

After a long hiatus, in association with Fresh Shoots festival, The Hip-Hop HQ is bringing da ruckas to on the 28th March!

As well as the INCREDIBLE making their HHHQ debut (with a very special guest MC), we have a line FULL of HHHQ legends who have been representing us from day one including , , , and

Now, usually at the end of the night, as all you Hip-Hop HQ heads know, after the headline act, we finish the night with a freestyle cypher (hosted by the Hip-Hop hippy and head honcho of the HHHQ: Motormouf!) with the DJ on the night, HOWEVER, this time, it will be with Finite Experience providing us with a live freestyle cypher session, so expect some tasty cosmic jams to jar!

In the follow up to last month’s “What in the World?, ft. Slug (Atmosphere), Koncept & Lane Shuler, plus remixed by Wu Tang Clan legend Bronze Nazareth, Montao is coming back to land in swift form with brand new banger “Transatlantic Cipher”.

Out today, the track explodes with bassy production showcasing Montao’s UK roots, and features two icons in the game - Royce Da 5’9” and KXNG Crooked, plus Liverpool/UK emcee Motormouf.

The track provides the perfect platform for three epic spitters in their own right, also showcasing the diversity and creative flair of Montao’s production.

Four artists, two from each side of the “pond” it’s a Transatlantic Cipher…!

This standalone single drops ahead of a deluxe release for Montao’s album “Echoes of the Cosmos” due out Friday 21st November

Hosted by the Hip-Hop HQ's very own , the night is in celebration of Echos Of The Cosmos Delux Edition album launch!

Performances locally and globally with an opening DJ set from Chris Abram and a live DJ set from Montao himself, with special guest Liverpool Emcees from , , as well as US Emcee 🔥 let's just say there will be some Transatlantic Cyphers going off ;-)
