Hooked in by the driving grooves and warming riffs of house music after pressing play on an Alistair Whitehead mix tape in the mid-90s, those elements have remained a staple bedrock of the music Amadien has listened to, played and produced ever since. e Solomon (Defected) and the late Kenny Hawkes; Amadien is a DJ who understands the power set structure has on the dance floor. Despite taking a break from the scene in 2010, his love for the music never wavered. In 2019, he decided to pick up the headphones again and began picking up gigs when venues re-opened. In the studio, his recent collaboration “We Play” with Argentine producer Joyce (ARG), a solid main room houser, will be released in April 2022 on Galactic Paradise. His brand Day To Dark, was launched in 2021 to bring the daytime party vibes to his home city of Norwich. With some of the hottest upcoming U.K. house DJs already booked to play in 2022, the next 12 months are looking exciting. His sets are all about laying down a solid, underground house groove with popping drums and driving basslines to get the crowd locked in, then building with warm, uplifting hooks to bring those special moments which unite the dance floor as only house music can!

Some really exciting releases coming up so it was time to get some professional promo shots.

Certainly not my natural environment. I was really nervous so big thanks to for making it fun and enjoyable.

Been pretty quiet in here for past 6-7 months to focus on getting my music to the level it needs to be at so I can’t wait to for tomorrow to announce the a release on a label I’ve dreamt about signing too since I started 🔊
