We’ve spent today at the non-existent West Kirby beach at high tide in wind and rain, but the doggo’s, the company, and the chippy made it all worth it! ❤️

Although feminist movements have come on such a long way, we still see stories of inequality in medical negligence due to sexism too regularly! Women of colour usually struggling even more so! If You’re Struggling to Grow, Check Your Environment ~ if you feel like somethings not right and no matter what you try you can’t seem to shake bad habits, check in on the little things in your environment that could be making your life harder and more chaotic. For instance, unfinished DIY, a roommate you don’t get on with, or even the temperature of the room!

A change I made was trying to open my curtains more to let in what little daylight we’re experiencing right now. ☀️ How about you? We’d love to hear your tips and tricks!

It’s Okay To Wobble ~ As part of my degree, we need to be trained on a variety of ladders. On the highest A-frame ladder I started confidently then the wobbling started. It was a horrible feeling to be stuck high up on a seemingly unsteady ladder. But it didn’t fall. After coming back down I learned that it’s actually safer if the ladder wobbles than if it were to stay rigid because the wobble allows you to counter balance and stay up, whereas a rigid ladder would just fall straight over if your centre of gravity isn’t perfect.... idk, metaphors. Have a nice evening! ❤️
