Kennedy Custom Props Kennedy Custom Props is a bespoke Lightsaber Smith based in the UK. All my hilts are machined by hand and finished to high standards. Please drop me a message.

Kennedy Custom Props is a small hobby based lightsaber creation facility based in the heart of the fens. I started in the hobby in December 2015 and have been bettering my knowledge and skills ever since. I wanted to start sharing my work more publicly so Kennedy Custom Props was born. Hi everyone,

In order to keep things transparent I'm just posting another lead time update as I feel it's the right thing to do.

I know I take ages on the same project, so sorry to anyone who is waiting.

Unfortunately I am out of the house at work 11 hours a day and its often hard to find time to get in the workshop, with adulting requiring a lot of time and attention too 🤣

I have also got into the (bad) habit of comparing my work to others again. It's not a good trait to have and I'm working on it, but seeing other great makers finish projects in rapid succession and all look amazing kind of gets me down on myself, so trying to fix that somehow.

Anyway, the saberstaff is about halfway done, then onto the next comission.

Thanks to anyone currently on my waiting list for your patience.

Had a wonderful weekend away for my wife's birthday (hence no saber posts this weekend!)

We visited lovely Yorkshire. Went to York, Whitby, and spent a day pottering around the moors in the new car and visited Brimham Rocks.

Some of the places we saw felt straight out of Lord of the Rings, some absolutely incredible landscapes!
