Take a glimpse into Happiness Through a Lifetime, a heartwarming new dance theatre production celebrating the joy, memories and experiences that shape us throughout our lives.

Featuring an inspiring cast aged 7 to 75, this unique performance blends contemporary dance, tap, theatre and original live music to tell a story that audiences of all ages can connect with.

Created through Project Happiness and supported by Arts Council England, this is a show guaranteed to leave you smiling long after the final bow.

At Freedom Leisure, we're committed to reducing our environmental impact and supporting healthier, more sustainable communities. That's why we're encouraging local residents to take part in West Sussex County Council's climate change consultation.

This is your opportunity to share your views on plans to make West Sussex a greener, more resilient place to live, work and enjoy. Topics include sustainable transport, energy efficiency, renewable energy and preparing for the impacts of climate change.

Join us for a joyful and nostalgic dance theatre performance exploring how happiness evolves through every stage of life.

Created as part of Project Happiness and funded by Arts Council England, this uplifting production brings together an intergenerational cast of professional and non-professional performers aged 7 to 75. Through contemporary dance, tap, theatre and original music by Lucy Tapper, the show celebrates the moments, memories and connections that shape our happiness.

Our Active Play Summer Sessions are back for 2026 and we cannot wait to get out and about again ☀️

Take a look at this video to see exactly what these sessions are all about, loads of free activities, play equipment and fun for the whole family 🎥

These sessions are FREE, run for two hours and are perfect for children aged 3 to 12, though everyone is welcome. Just turn up and join in, no need to book ✨

Running on weekdays during the school summer holidays from Thursday 23rd July to Friday 28th August 📅

🕙 Two sessions each day: 10am - 12pm & 2pm - 4pm
