We run a super friendly and informal class on Thursdays a Littlehampton Windmill, 8pm to 9pm.
It’s mixed ability and suitable for absolute beginners.

We know how daunting it can be walking into something brand new and unfamiliar, but all our students (and instructors) were there once too. It’s not as scary as it feels 🫶🏻

We hope you all had a lovely Halloween!!! Our amazing students have really been getting into the spirit 👻 and we love to see it 😍

It’s a great time to join us for a fun, informal and friendly exercise class! All our classes are suitable for absolute beginners and there’s no level of fitness required, but we know starting pole for the first time can feel very daunting. We currently have the following classes that are perfect for new starters:

- Mondays, 6pm at Dream Fitness (Bognor)
This class has an additional instructor to help beginners get settled

- Tuesdays, 6:30pm at The Body Suite (Chichester)
A specific beginners/intermediates class

- Tuesdays, 7:15 at Arun Leisure Centre (Bognor)
This class has an additional instructor for beginners

- Tuesdays, 7:30pm at Wave (Littlehampton)
A specific beginners class

- Thursdays, 8pm at Windmill (Littlehampton)
A specific beginners class

We’re hosting a one off Self Defence workshop with TAO Dragons at Dream Fitness this Friday at 7:45pm!!

Anyone and everyone is welcome, you don’t need to have any previous experience, any level of fitness or even be taking classes with us to attend.

Come and learn basic methods to defend yourself in a safe, inclusive and friendly environment, perfect as the nights start to draw in!

These are only £7.50 each and are a great chance to come and practice what you’ve learnt in class.

Suitable for anyone who’s been to at least a few lessons so you have some content to go through at your own pace.

Our brand new class in Littlehampton has just started!!! This class takes place every Thursday at 8pm at Windmill Cinema.

It is open to all new and existing students, but will have a closer focus on beginner and intermediate moves, so it’s a fantastic time to join us for the very first time or get some more tailored teaching 💃🏻

A new class is coming to Littlehampton!!!

Starting on the 23rd May at 8pm at Windmill Centre, this class is open to all existing students at any level and ability, but will focus more on beginner and intermediate moves. It is the perfect chance to join us if you’ve never done pole before, or get more tailored tutoring if you’ve recently joined 🩷

As an introductory offer, the first 8 weeks will be just £9.50 per class! This applies to brand new students as well as existing students, so if you’re thinking of trying pole for the first time, if you want an extra class per week or you’re thinking of trying a new venue, get booked in!!
