An established Music and Food Festival catering family business, our current signature dishes is our Cornish Pulled Pork, marinated in our secret dry bbq rub, then slow cooked for over 12 hours in Cornish cider, and boosted with a dark bbq sauce and our Harissa Beef Chilli, cooked low and slow with a hint of smoke and coalsā¦
We then serve em up style where you need to two hands to carry them and have our customers walking over 2km of Glastonbury fields to visit us againā¦

NACHOSā¦ Crisp corn tortilla chips, with lashings of our Cornish Pulled Pork or our Harissa Cornish Beef Chilli covered in melted JalapeƱo Cheese sauce, grated cheese, Guacamole and Salsa with even more sliced jalapeƱos. and
LOADED FRIESā¦ Crispy, skin on fries in a secret spice, topped with JalapeƱo Cheese sauce, mozzarella, sour cream and firecracker sauce. Donāt worry we have you coveredā¦ Nachos & Loaded fries together!!!! Tortilla chips, and spiced fries, loaded with Harissa beef chilli or our pulled pork, melted jalapeƱo cheese sauce, grated cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa and sliced jalapeƱos. VEGGIE NACHOS Tortilla chips, with lashings of runny JalapeƱo Cheese sauce, grated cheese with even more sliced jalapeƱos, Guacamole and Salsa. THREE BEAN CHILLIā¦ Spicy Harissa chilli of Cannelloni, Borlotti and Kidney beans served on Nachos or Loaded Fries. VEGAN NACHOSā¦ Our three bean chilli served on corn tortilla chips, grated cheese, salsa, chives, roquito and jalapeƱo peppers. and the PIGLETSā¦ Not forgetting that kids like to get involved, we make sure they can have any of our dishes at a size that fits them for just Ā£4. Our themed Gazebo but can as easily fit into a space or unit provided by you and this year has taken on a life of itself making an eye catching addition to any scene.
