💗 BOOKING POLICY 💗
💷 BOOKING FEE
A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
No dates can be held and no booking is confirmed without this fee.
🕐 CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
Failure to give enough notice will result in loss of booking fee, and a new fee will be required to rebook.
⏳ APPOINTMENT TIMES
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arriving late or early may affect your appointment or result in cancellation.
🚫 NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be classed as a no-show and may result in refusal of future bookings.
