Over the last few months, we’ve tried incredibly hard to keep ANNIKIDS running. Unfortunately, we’ve reached a point where we are operating at a loss and spending far more than we are making. As you can appreciate, this isn’t sustainable when trying to run a business.
Our hope for ANNIKIDS has always been to create a warm, welcoming community space that families could enjoy whatever the weather. We made small price increases earlier in the year to cover the rising costs of food, drink and toys, and we remained open while working on other plans behind the scenes. Despite our efforts, we have remained quiet and are in a position where it's not sustainable to operate.
After a lot of thought, we have made the very difficult decision to close ANNIKIDS at weekends. We will now only be open for parties that are already pre‑booked. Beyond that, we’re still figuring out what the future looks like for us.
We know this isn’t the news many of you wanted to hear. So many of you have supported us from the very beginning, and we will miss seeing you and your little ones each week.
We are truly sorry that we couldn’t continue supporting the community in the way we hoped.
