This August, immerse yourself in 3 inspiring afternoons of dance training, artistry and creativity at Dance Vision.

Dancers will explore a variety of styles including:

✨Ballet
✨Jazz
✨Contemporary
✨Pointe
✨Repertoire

Students aged 7-18 will work within age groups and rotate through classes across the intensive, creating an exciting and immersive training experience which is designed to build confidence, strengthen technique, and challenge every dancer at their level - all in a focused supportive environment.

Dance Vision provides comprehensive ballet training with expert guidance in technique, nutrition, anatomy, progressing ballet technique, preparation for auditions and performances - all delivered through a holistic approach that supports aspiring young dancers aged 6-18.

✨Building upon our work in turnout and hip stability✨

Dance Vision Associates are refining their understanding through precision and control - focusing on the smaller, often unseen details that define strong classical technique.

Exploring:

✨initiating turnout correctly from the hip
✨developing strength in the deep lateral rotators
✨maintaining pelvic stability throughout movement
✨applying correct alignment within exercises

At this level, progress is not measured by range, but control, consistency and understanding.
Because the strongest dancers are those who train with both intelligence and intention.

This term, in both theory and practice our focus is turnout and hip stability - fundamental elements that underpin safe sustainable classical technique at a higher level. Training intelligent, informed dancers for the future.

Students are exploring:
✨the true origin of turnout within the hip
✨how to activate the deep lateral rotators
✨pelvic alignment, lateral hip strength and control
✨safe, sustainable technique
✨what correct turnout should actually feel like
