Hey all, 99 FEST 3.0 is done and dusted, was going to post Monday but i wanted a day off as i was shattered. For those who do not know, I am Kieran (the idiot above) who puts on 99 Fest as a one man team.

I wanted to start off by saying thank you to / / for allowing 99 Fest into their venue and keeping it a fun experience and a memorable time.

99 Fest, is just a festival I put on because were not getting on festivals when we, so I decided to do my own, it turned into this event where it’s happy, fun and not judgmental and not a space for people to be hateful, just people there to enjoy local and non local bands!

I pride myself fully on 99 Fest being, affordable, so people can actually enjoy live music, afford to get into the fest, to save money to be able to by a t shirt or extra beers to not worry about breaking bank for the month, I’ve been there, I’m sure most people have. I have managed to keep this fest under £10 and under for the 3rd time and pleased to announce that will be staying the same next year.

With that, 99 FEST 4.0. will be going ahead and in the next few weeks, will release more information regarding locations, limited very early bird discounted ticked and a couple of bands already booked for 2027!

You should definitely get a ticket (via our bio) as our advance tickets are under £10! And if you buy a ticket for a day each, that’s under £20 for a 2 day mini fest! Because 99FEST, is about just promoting bands and having a good time and keeping the music scene somewhat affordable for people to come and enjoy what Nottingham has to offer via the grassroots scene!

Cheap tickets always for 99 FEST. I do this so people can afford a ticket, a drink and maybe even some merch from one of the bands they enjoy!

99 Fest, I aim to always keep the ticket price low, so people can afford to attend as well as buy merch or a drink, so people can come and not worry about breaking the bank and enjoy a great line up for under £10

GENDER ENVY (DAY 2 - 30th August)

are a p***y band from Nottingham fronted by q***r trans and non-binary people. The group have a diverse catalogue of songs, conveying their own raw lived experiences with a sincere relatability. They have supported indie bands like King No-One as well as headlining shows supported by local metal bands. Their cathartic, high-energy performances are full of singalong moments and on-stage antics, which get a great response from the audience every time.

With 30 000 streams on their debut single, Gender Envy have an established backing of online support especially among young q***r people. They released their self-titled EP in 2024 and have supported it with gigs up and down the country. In November 2025 they went on their first UK tour with two other Nottingham bands, Cheap Dirty Horse and Idiocy, selling out shows in Nottingham and Edinburgh.
They don’t really know what they’re doing but they’re having fun anyway.
