Because one day the teddies will be packed away, a little more worn, and no longer carried everywhere…

But the memories attached to them never leave.

Years from now, they’ll look at that portrait and remember exactly how it felt to love that teddy with their whole heart.

One day, without even realising it… they stop needing their teddy quite so much 🤍

The little friend that once came everywhere … nursery drop offs, bedtime, holidays, doctors appointments and every tiny adventure in between, slowly starts getting left behind.

Not because it’s loved any less.
But because they’re growing up.

And that’s exactly why teddy portraits mean so much to me.

Because one day, their teddy won’t sit tucked under their arm anymore…
but the comfort, love and memories attached to it will last forever 🤎

Sometimes the smallest things hold the biggest pieces of childhood.
