A huge thank you to the brilliant team from M6toll who joined us for a corporate volunteering day! 💙

They’ve been busy sprucing up the Tower, giving everything a freshen up and getting it looking s***k and span ready for our summer tours. ✨

We’re so grateful for their time, energy and helping us keep this special place looking its best. Thanks for being part of the team today! 🙌

Got no plans lined up for next Sat night? 👀

Well… now you do 💅🍾

is back and she’s bringing the chaos (the fun kind).

Grab your mates, grab a drink and get ready for:
💿 90s bangers you’ll struggle not to sing along to
💃 questionable dance moves (encouraged)
🎱 THREE games of bingo with prizes that may or may not change your life

Hosted by ✨ Stage Door Johnny ✨ & ✨ The House Huns ✨ - keeping the balls rolling and the vibes immaculate.

It’s bingo. It’s camp. It’s chaos.
See you there? 💅

We can’t believe it’s already been a fortnight since our Jazz Weekender… 🎷✨

The good news? The jazz ain’t stopping there.

We’ve got more smooth sounds, big improvisations and seriously talented musicians heading to The Hub next season - starting with the incredible Giacomo Smith Quartet.

Launching his new album Artfullee, Giacomo brings his first straight-ahead jazz quartet set to Lichfield, with a night of atmospheric, free-flowing jazz that’s all about the feeling, the groove and the moment.

If Lichfield's Jazz Weekender left you wanting more… this one’s for you 🎶

Refugee Week lasts just seven days, but the movement for change continues all year round.

The 'Join the Movement' Simple Act is an invitation to carry forward everything you have learned, felt and experienced. Each conversation, connection, and moment of welcome contributes to lasting transformation in our communities and beyond.

We know that change doesn’t happen overnight but the accumulation of each of our actions, no matter how seemingly small, contributes to the movement towards positive change.

When we come together, our collective power is limitless. A real superpower.

Here are some ideas for staying involved:

➡️ Join your local City of Sanctuary group
➡️ Get involved with arts organisations like Counterpoints Arts
➡️ Join or start a STAR (Student Action for Refugees) group
➡️ Join the Together with Refugees campaign

New season. Same mission. Bigger ideas.

The new season at The Hub is coming - and it’s not just a bunch of shows. It’s a reminder of what happens when people come together.

Because art is the glue.
It starts conversations, challenges the way we see the world, makes us laugh, makes us feel, and somehow turns a room full of strangers into a community.

This Autumn we’re bringing you fearless theatre, big ideas, unforgettable music, proper belly laughs and stories from voices that deserve to be heard.

Our new season brochures are landing soon, and tickets are set for sale...

Want to be first through the doors? Get on our mailing list and stay ahead of the crowd.

Yesterday, The Hub at St Mary's hosted an evening for our Lichfield Conversation Club and friends, as part of Refugee Week.

We had Ukrainian craft activities, traditional henna hand decoration, a slideshow of people's photos and videos of around the world, a giant flag of world flags for people to identify.... and lots of lovely food from around the world.

What a joyful evening! In a gorgeous setting!
Thanks to everyone for making this so memorable ❤️

🌿 Roots, routes & belonging

As part of Refugee Week, we’re creating a shared display on our Olive Tree, celebrating the places we come from, the places we’ve called home, and the journeys that bring us together.

Add your name and the countries that have been part of your story to a ribbon and tie it to the tree.

Together, we’ll create a beautiful reminder of the many cultures, experiences and connections that make our community what it is. 🧡

🏠 What does home mean to you?

As part of Refugee Week, we're creating a collaborative artwork in our coffee shop, and we'd love you to be part of it.

Draw a simple outline of a home – it could be a place you live now, a home from your childhood, or somewhere that simply feels like home in your heart.

No artistic talent required (in fact, simple is best!). Every drawing will become part of a shared display celebrating memories, belonging, and the many different ways we find home and community.

Pop in throughout the week and add your drawing to the collection. 🧡
