Affinity Performing Arts Company Our aims are set out in the additional information section.

Founded as Project Perform in 2018 by Andrea Andrews, Tara Oliver and Zac Blackwell we have grown from strength to strength and have now launched Affinity Performing Arts and expanded our team. Affinity Performing Arts Company aims to:

- Provide a safe, inclusive space for children and young people to explore the Performing Arts regardless of personal circumstances.

- To nurture and support chil

dren and young people aged 6-18 to develop their talents and build their confidence and self-esteem.

- To remove barriers to participation for all children and young people by capping the membership fee at £10 per month (no other cost involved) with the provision to waive the fee for those families on low income.

- To foster positive mental health through empathy, encouragement, recognition and acceptance.

- To give every child and young person the chance to shine, to believe in themselves and to feel like an integral part of a team.

- To provide our alumni young people with the opportunity to teach, mentor and share their skills with current members.
