When doing LotteBerk, we work all the muscles of the body, and isolate the part we are working so it/they get the full attention of that part of the workout. Thighs are so important, and we loose muscle strength and tone quite quickly if we don't pay attention to them, particularly as we become older. This exercise, as in the video previously, is perfect for the thighs....and although it is tough, especially at the beginning, it is so beneficial, and also fabulous for protecting the knees! You may even grow to love it!! 💃🏻
