Tall Christmas Tree Workshops are back for 2026 - we’ve been asked all year round for these so we have two dates already on the website

Wednesday 23rd September 7pm

Thursday 8th October 7pm

Choose your design and create your own ceramic Christmas Tree using our rollers, cutters and moulds

Leave it with us to dry and fire ready for you to paint using your choice of glazes. The return visit is included in the workshop cost

The first evening workshop this season was a huge success with ten absolutely amazing Autumn Globes drying ready for firing

We were over booked for this workshop so have added a second date which is already filling up…..

Wednesday 16th September with the same new term price of £27.50

So good to have a full studio with lots of laughter and fun whilst creating these brilliant light globes

It was a bit weird having both doors and the windows open on a dark evening as it was still so warm, it won’t be long before the log burner will be roaring

We’re really excited to be back for some end of the holiday painting! 🚂

After such a warm (hot!) and dry summer we’ve had some great comments from customers looking forward to evenings at Masterpiece with the log burner roaring and the wind blowing, even rain beating down outside and I can’t say I’m not ready too

It feels a little like a new term with clay workshops, glass fusing and Christmas stock, we’re welcoming it all and looking forward to the new season

We are OPEN today 10 - 4, term time hours start next week with Monday closures from 7th.

That still leaves six days, every Friday evening and lots of evening workshops to come along join our pottery community and have creative fun

Congratulations & Good Luck to Fliss 🎉

We’re so very happy for Fliss who has received brilliant A Level results and is off to University in a few weeks

After four years of being a great team member we’ll all really miss you Fliss, but wish you happiness and fun times on your Uni adventure - oh to be 18 again!

Still a few shifts, laughs and coffees to go 🙂
