There is a a mini exhibition of the some of the hand-made props, set & costumes from "Eastbourne Soup" at the Gather (The Beacon) tomorrow & Thurs 11 June from 10am - 5pm. The items were made by volunteers from Compass Arts - Creating Community, East Sussex College, The Eastbourne Shed & Sew Sussex, with support from professional designers.

After last night’s sell out, Eastbourne Soup is back at the Winter Garden tonight and we’re ready to serve up another brilliant evening of music, drama, humour and community spirit.

📄 Visit the stands in the foyer and help yourself to free leaflets about the different groups involved.

🥫🎭 What an opening night! 🎭🥫

Last night’s first performance of Eastbourne Soup was absolutely brilliant — a fantastic evening full of music, drama, humour, local stories and real community spirit.

A huge well done to the cast, choirs, musicians, crew and everyone involved. Eastbourne Soup is officially served… and it went down very well indeed! 🥫✨

Remaining tickets are selling fast, with the Saturday matinee nearly sold out.

There is still limited availability for the evening performances, but don’t leave it too late — book now to avoid disappointment!

🥫🎭 Curtain up… Eastbourne Soup is ready to serve! 🎭🥫

The wait is over — "Eastbourne Soup", Eastbourne's Community Play, opens today!

We’re really excited to welcome you to the Winter Garden Theatre for a brand new community play with music, packed with humour, drama, local history and a brilliant mix of local performers.

And yes… with the International Tennis Tournament on the way, things around the venue are looking a little different — so don’t get caught on the back foot!

🚗 Parking / travel note from the theatre:
Please be aware Hardwick Road, College Road and College Road Car Park are currently closed due to the forthcoming International Tennis Tournament. Please allow extra time when travelling to the venue.
