Hellooooo... and goodbye Lewes Hilltop Sessions.

We had a blast at our last gig in Lewes with Jonny Morgan +support Bee & Jackrabbit.

It was great to chat to the audience too, some of whom had been to more than half our gigs! We may be gone but this means we are concentrating on our gigs in the Highlands more and and... we are really pleased to say that the music will continue, as the irrepressible Erika Olson, will be continuing to host music with under the name CHALK HOUSE SESSIONS.

Hello music lovers of Lewes and beyond... We have big news.

Not only do we have a gig NEXT THURSDAY JUNE 19 with

JONNY MORGAN + support Bee & Jackrabbit,

But sadly, this will be our last gig in Lewes as we concentrate more on our Highland gigs.

However, the music will continue...

Erika Olson, who has been helping us keep it going with Sennen Timcke, will be hosting gigs under a new name 'Chalkhouse Sessions'. It will be the same quality of musicians, the same venue and with her own unique style and personality, making it a great night of grassroots music.

See you NEXT THURSDAY JUNE 19.

A gorgeous night was had by all on Thursday at Lewes Con Club, with A Different Thread (so we hear....).

We couldn't be at the gig but had our pals Erika and Sennen running the show and er... Erika Olson supporting too!

Hey music lovers of Lewes,

Maia here from the Highlands...where the weather is stunning. How is it in Lewes?

Our next gig at Lewes Con Club is MAY 7TH with HARRY NYE and support from Brighton based Sekinue.

What can I say about Harry? His music stops me in my tracks as it has a purity and sensitivity which you can hear through his sonorous and resonant voice.

It's going to be an amazing night.

I have seen SEKINUE perform a few times now and most recently when they supported Frankie Archer at Komedia in Brighton. I think their music goes from strength to strength and is very unique with harp as the main instrument.
