Come and make friends, gain confidence, tone up, improve strength and flexibility, and have fun :D

You don't have to be 'strong' or 'fit' to come to our classes, they are perfect for absolute beginners. We run mixed ability classes, and you work to your own level. Instructors teach moves suited to your ability, ensuring that you progress. With only up to 3 students to a pole you are guaranteed en

ough time to spin away :)

taster sessions are just £5 and for your first 4 week block it is only £20!! So come and see what all of the fuss is about and try it out for yourself :D

POLENASTICS

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the last 10 years at The Mrs Howard Hall, everyone who has supported me throughout my pole career and the last 17 years of pole dancing. As you know the last 3 years have been tough with arthritis in my back and I couldn’t have got through it without Lauren 😍 Lauren has been the bestest friend/teacher/helper for the last 15 years and now I will be supporting her on her new venture 🤩 for now this is the end of Lucy Polenastics classes but I can still teach 1-2-1’s at home and will still come to classes too 😊 my last official class was Monday 28th July.
