Building on the success of Broadway Cinema, all our arts venues have been brought together under the umbrella of the Broadway name. These new venues are a key part of the Foundation’s ambition to make Letchworth Garden City an exciting place to live, work and visit, bringing new creative jobs and visitors to our town centre. In February the next chapter in Broadway’s story begins when Screen One r

eopens as a creative space which will increase the range and scale of productions we can host – from theatre to children’s shows, live comedy, and acoustic music – and it will still screen the latest blockbuster films. Alongside this, a newly refurbished bar area will open where customers can relax before and after films and performances.

Angus heads into the wilderness to escape the noise of modern life, document nature, and reconnect with the world around him. But deep in the woods, something ancient is waiting.

Join us on Sunday 21 June at 20:15 for a special screening of Loner (15), the award-winning folk horror sensation from local filmmaker Douglas Tawn. Shot in a raw found-footage style, Loner blends unsettling horror, dark humour, and ancient Celtic folklore into a chilling cinematic experience that lingers long after the credits roll.

Following the screening, Douglas Tawn will be joining us LIVE for an audience Q&A, offering a unique insight into the making of this acclaimed debut feature.
