📣 MORE4life Membership Scheme Review: Have your say 💬

MORE4life was launched five years ago with the aim of making it easier and more affordable for people across Shetland to be active.

Since then, the membership has had a big impact on how our facilities and activities are used, and we now want to make sure that MORE4life continues to meet the needs of our customers while remaining fair and sustainable for the future.

As part of this review, we also want to look at some of the challenges that have developed alongside the success of the membership. These include things such as booked spaces not being used, late cancellations and occasions where the membership may not be being used in the way it was intended. These can affect the availability of activities for other customers as well as placing additional pressure on our facilities and services.

As we begin planning the next phase of MORE4life, we're asking you to tell us what you value about the membership, how you use it and where you think improvements could be made. We also want to hear your views on how we can encourage fair use of the membership while continuing to offer good value and access to activities.

Alongside this survey, we'll be looking at membership and usage data and speaking to customers in more detail.

Together, this information will help us review the current membership and shape the model for the next five years.

👉 Complete our survey and have your say.
