Party In The Park

Evening all..It has been decided that Party in the Park will return to Pitstone in 2027. There are some simple reasons for this decision. This Summer personal commitments of the Committee don't match with any proposed date. Secondly the financial commitment is massive and although we were so privileged to have collected over £1k in donations from attendees in 2025 the cost of hosting the event is stretching to nearly £3k and there comes a time when the Committee can no longer meet these up front costs from their own pockets.

We do hope to arrange some fringe events later this year which will help to fund 2027.

We will be back. Just bear with us for a year.

Party In The Park HQ we have been thinking how we keep this all alive before next July. One idea is to have a DJ night in the Autumn/ Winter.... give us a like if you think this would be a good idea.

So Guys and Girls.. tomorrow's proceedings will be opened by a DJ set from Audio Assassins...Freddy is a former Radio1 and Def Jam Records Competition winner...an Hour of top tunes and maybe more throughout the day. X

A little note from Tammy. Not all Food Vendors will have the ability to take Card Payments tomorrow. It would be advisable to have some cash.

Acoustic acts between each band. This is the working schedule but as ever it will all go out the window on the day !

As mentioned last night. As a committee we are committed to keeping this wonderful event alive for years to come. On Saturday you may be approached by one of us asking for a donation to secure future events. The committee member will be wearing a Lanyard with their name on it. Electronic payment ( however small ) would be our preference. This isn't mandatory and we will not be offended if you choose not to contribute. The Committee will of course publish a Profit and Loss statement on this page within 3 weeks after the event. It is your day.. we want you to have many more. Thank you. Mark Roberts
