I have had the pleasure of being part of Estuary Dreams since it's beginning in 2022 when invited me to show my film at and I decided to make a new film after struggling with my practice post uni... since then, the project has grown and grown and I have had the joy of being part of every step of that journey!

Last month was another exciting point where we hosted a screening of short films at VUE Basildon with a wonderful and slightly chaotic Q+A after! Proud to have been able to show my film BUZZ that I made as part of Estuary Dreams last year, and to get to watch so many other incredible films. Here's to the next one!!!!

A month ago today Estuary Dreams SCREENED happened at - I was absolutely gutted to have missed it (Glastonbury won my attendance on this occasion…) but it’s been incredible to hear about the response to our project and the responses to all the incredible films.

It has been a pleasure to get to know everyone on the team and that took part, and hopefully this isn’t the last you will hear from us!

Super excited that my new film ‘Buzz’ is going to be shown for the first time as part of a curated selection of Estuary Dreams films that will be part of the incredible and exhibition ‘Clubbing and commune-ing in essex’. It opens tomorrow evening and I am so excited to see the rest of the show and our films on show!!!

It is also going to be on display at the Focal Point Gallery’s Big Screen from 1-2 and 3-4 every day for the next week as part of

Aaaaaand next Friday we have an event at HOFS showcasing the works from the workshops - more info to come this week.

Very excited that the films produced from the Estuary Dreams project are going to be showcased across various venues and events during the 2025.

Across two workshops, 20 artists came together to attend artist workshops, being encouraged to produced an experimental film in 7 days with a day of feedback sessions and group discussions the week after. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the team to produce the workshops and even was able to make a new film myself!

Super exciting that the incredible artworks made by participants of my Lino print workshops are being exhibited in the beautiful ‘S for Southend’ exhibition currently at the curated by 🖼️ so many wonderful local artists are part of the exhibition, and there are only a few more days to see it as its last day is Saturday! Make sure you pop by this Wednesday- Saturday to see the show before it closes ✨🍃🌼🩷

Can safely say that a live demo of logic and premier pro isn’t as easy as I thought it would be 🫣

What a privilege to have been invited to be part of Estuary Dreams as an artist mentor. It has been a while since I was first introduced to who invited me to take part in the Estuary Dreams (1.0) film screening at where I made a new video piece for the occasion!

Since then the Estuary Dreams project has grown and changed many times to become what it is now… On Saturday we welcomed the cohort of 20 artists into a day of workshops with local artists who have a passion for experimental filmmaking. It was a room filled with people with all different practices but united by a desire to learn and make more films. We meet again on Saturday to share artworks which have been made this week and I can’t wait to see what everyone has created through inspiration and collaboration!
