Leicester Balloon Festival

Balloon Director Update:-

We want to give everyone plenty of notice of the weather conditions this evening.

Unfortunately, due to the gusty conditions we have on site, it will not be possible for the balloons to fly this evening.

The wind is due to stay with us through the evening, meaning that it will be a basket glow tonight, rather than with the balloons.

Obviously disappointing for all, but the safety of the pilots is paramount and balloons flying will always be weather dependant.

The items will be on site until 11am tomorrow and then will be passed to the council.
