One big reason we go round all the motorhome shows is mightyspice! 😉😉😁

Tonight we are cooking chicken Karahi curry. We've had it before and it is FAB - U - LOUS Darling!

We always make sure we take a good few packets of his authentic Indian curry pastes.
3 in the cupboard, 9 more in the pantry!

Just waiting for the nan bread to finish! Nom nom!

If you're at the Caravan and Motohome show at the nec, catch him in hall 12 and try some real Indian curry! 😉

Habitation check yesterday with our friends at Raymond James Caravans

A great stopover at Cricketts Inn last night and Connie is ready for her service at Redhall Garage

A massive shout out and big thank you to Raymond James Caravans for a brilliant habitation service this morning! 😃😃

Connie was booked in for the day after our visit to the NEC Motorhome show as the dealership is close by in Atherstone.

Just two hours and she was all done, including a new light switch, tightening the kitchen tap and fitting a new roof light blind.
No damp and a clean bill of health! Fantastic!

The service we have experienced at Raymond James has been exceptional from the start, from the initial sales team - Tony, Jackie and Ian, to the fabulous aftersales service.

Jerry is superb at keeping you up to speed with your service appointments, calling a few days before to check all is ok, and the team, Scott, Darryl and the rest of the crew are fantastic and do a brilliant job. 👌

They're super helpful and answer any questions you may have. They always have lots of time for you.

Raymond James Caravans excellence is reflected in their stand at the NEC too. It is huge and the on stand team are great. 🚐

It was fab to catch up with Ben, Jackie, Tony and Ian at the show. Jackie kindly kept us hydrated and filled with Biscoff biscuits, and Will and Lynn, their social media duo, were happy to chat for ages!

The show is on until this Sunday, so if you are in the market for a campervan, motorhome or caravan, be sure to stop by Raymond James Caravans in Hall 17/18. 😉

There's some catching up to do! 😆

Since leaving Hendre Mynach, Barmouth , we headed to Welshpool, where certainly Mr Bee didn't take many pics, but we had a good time visiting the town and also jumping on the bus to Newtown.
We stayed at Severn Caravan Park Welshpool. A great site with full facilities and hook up for...£20 per night! Bargain!
And John the owners hubby even gave us a lift into town!
We also spotted the kingfishers on the river but they were too fast to get a picture.

On leaving Welshpool, we drove to Attingham Park, a National Trust location in Shropshire. Motorhome parking was easy and the house was amazing!

And now we are at Much Wenlock, near Shrewsbury. A stunning little old Town, and we're staying at Sytche Caravan Park which is fabulous and a great base to visit Ironbridge and Blists Hill.

Narrow streets and an ancient priory and an 17th century pub, a guild hall and museum, it really is a charming place.

If it's a Sunday roast you're after, the George & Dragon, Much Wenlock is the place to go. But make sure you book a table...it's popular!
The staff and food are something else. Superb!

Anyway, Mr Bee 🐝 needs to edit some photos so can see where we've been.

Yesterday we had a train day! We caught a class 158 (you can tell this is Mr Bee typing 😆) from Barmouth to Criccieth, via a whistle stop visit to Harlech Castle. 🏰
Then back through Barmouth and over the bridge to Fairbourne for half an hour. Otherwise it would have been two and half hours until the next train. And on a Sunday evening, their isn't much kicking off in Fairbourne. 😆
The weather was great and the 25% hill in Harlech was hard work. 😆
We ended the day with fish and chips from the number 1 chippy in Wales. The Mermaid. Marvellous!
