It's a working day for Mr Bee.
Pens at the ready!

Whilst we are staying at The Camping and Caravanning Club Hereford for a week, Ian is working on finishing this awesome drawing.
A2 on Bristol board.

Since our epic Scottish adventure ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ, we haven't posted a lot, as we have been seeing family in Leicestershire, and, as Mrs Bee mentioned, we are currently at the fantastic site that is Woodside Lodges Country Park just outside Ledbury, Herefordshire.

Woodside covers a wide area of land with reception and lodges on one side of the approach road and a big camp site on the other.

With a lake where you can wild swim and paddle board, a lakeside wood fired sauna, a conservation area for fishing and observing the wildlife, fire pits for hire and a woodfired pizza every Friday, you can be sure of a great stay at Woodside. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

The staff are very helpful and chatty. Helen is lovely and does a fab job of running the site.

We'll certainly be visiting again!

Connie is back! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Our home on wheels has been in for a bit of surgery over the last few days, and has had a small area of damp floor at the rear of the motorhome cut out and replaced.

The technicians at our dealer Raymond James Caravans have done a fabulous job and in a very short space of time. ๐Ÿ‘Œ
And that is hugely appreciated ๐Ÿ‘

The locker door under the bed has also been removed to check the cause of the damp, refitted and all sealant removed and fresh sealant applied.

As always, the customer service at Raymond James has been first class.

So this afternoon, at our site for the night, Lime Tree Caravan Park, she has a good clean inside and out. And the weather has fabulous too! โ˜€๏ธ

Feels like "closing the loop" as we pass the junction to Edinburgh where we turned off at the start of this adventure ๐Ÿ’™

Well, all good trips come to an end, but then the next one starts! ๐Ÿ˜†
We are now settled at Luss Caravan and Camping Site, Loch Lomond until Thursday, when we say farewell the beautiful country that is Scotland.

'Haste ye back!' many have said. We might just take heed! ๐Ÿ˜‰

This Scottish adventure has been simply incredible. ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
We have found the Scots so welcoming, in a similar way to the Irish.
Always helpful, chatty and great at asking where we are heading and pointing out places to see.

We have enjoyed fine foods, even found a real love for Cullen Skink, and have sampled and bought some cracking whisky, from Speyside to Skye. ๐Ÿฅƒ

And the scenery...this is where we struggle to find words. The lochs, mountains and Glen's are breathtaking. โ›ฐ๏ธ

It's no wonder Mr Bee's lens broke...it couldn't cope! ๐Ÿ˜†

We'll be posting a summary of our Scottish adventure with some the best images.

And we will also be be bringing our Find Penguins app bang up to date, so you can see our route and what we did.

Thanks once again, Scotland!

As Mrs Bee mentioned, we took a detour today, on our way down to Loch Lomond.
We headed back up the road to the iconic Kilchurn Castle.
I thought there was only a lay by from where you can only view it from afar. NOPE!
There is also a great car park just off the main road, enabling you to walk down to the castle. Fab!
And see some highland coo's! EVEN FABBER! ๐Ÿฅฐ

The coo's will be edited later as they were quite a way off, so the big lens had to come out of hibernation. ๐Ÿ˜†
