Hello everyone, I'd just like to thank everyone who's wished me well ♥️ it's going to be bit of a road to recover.....no pun intended! But im thankful to be alive! -this will mean that the shows I was entering and going to be in this month won't happen but thats okay because health comes first!
For those who don't know on Sunday the 9th I was hit by a car on a zebra crossing, I cannot remember how I hit the car because everything went black but they were going at some speed because I took out the window screen and the side beam and a wing mirror, I awoke on the floor screaming and my foot was ripped up and my head bleeding, after many hours down A&E and scans and the support of my family, James and friends, they found no broken bones and let me leave with only a minor head injury and a foot i cannot bare weight on, the past few days as the swelling has come out and the bruising and extra pains and everything begins to really hurt it puts a lot into perspective of how lucky I was! The fact a paramedic was across the road and there was a lot of witnesses and a nurse around was incredible, I was unlucky to be hit at speeds but aspects were lucky.
Thankyou to the paramedics and the police who were amazing, thankyou to my parents and siblings for my treats and support (which we all know I still need 😂 crawling to the bathroom is a new low) then thankyou to all my work colleagues and lovely neighbours for the gifts. (Loved the bounce back card!)
To wake up to so many lovely messages has left me very emotional each day, so thankyou ♥️
