Hello Activision Support,

I am requesting a manual review of my account due to a Ranked Play restriction that appears to have been placed in error.

I play Call of Duty on both PC and Xbox using the same Activision account. I have never used cheats, third-party software, exploits, or anything that would violate the Security & Enforcement Policy. I have also never previously played Ranked Play, which makes the restriction especially confusing.

When I check the appeal page, it states that my account is restricted from Ranked Play, but I have not received any explanation or details about why this action was taken.

Additionally, I am experiencing weapon progression issues in certain modes (Zombies and Casual), where my weapons do not gain XP, though they do progress normally in Battle Royale and Resurgence. I’m unsure if this is related, but I wanted to include it in case it helps identify a backend issue.

Could you please:
• Confirm the reason for the Ranked restriction
• Review my account for potential false flags
• Verify that my account has not been compromised
• Clarify whether this restriction is temporary or permanent

I value fair play and would appreciate a manual review of my account status.

Hi new pc parts fitted finally its up n running then obs does an update and now ive not got my multistream bit on it i set it up that long ago ive forgot how etc socialstream is working but i think Bigdaddybubba Gaming set it up for me 😉 if anyone can help drop in my discord drop me a message etc when you have time please
