The shop is open till 3.30 today guys if you need food, treatments, filters or even if you need a new heater ! as we all know when the weather gets cold we are stuffed if our heater goes and we dont have a spare!

Morning guys a day late with fish of the week
we have now got mollies on offer lovely fish £2.00 each was £2.25 .
Molly fish come in lots of varieties with different colors and shapes. With so many to choose from, there’s one to suit everybody.
As peaceful fish, they don’t cause many problems, so they go great with other peaceful species in a community aquarium.
Mollies are livebearers, which means their eggs develop inside their body so that live fry can be released.
They are one of the easiest fish groups to breed in captivity and will mate regularly.
Artificial foods like flakes and pellets are an easy option. Try to supplement these with other foods to provide a wide range of nutrients.

This weeks fish of the week is the platy fish and we do have some nice ones.
Should be £2.25 now £1.90 each.
We open again at 9.15 till 3.30 tomorrow.
Platy fish are very colorful and peaceful fish. They are hardy and make the perfect addition to most aquariums. They are perfect for anyone who is new to the hobby. They are very easy to care for you just need to maintain good water conditions and feeding habits
When it comes to food, platy fish aren’t picky. They’ll eat just about anything you provide. They’re natural omnivores that eat a varied diet in the wild.
Interestingly enough, platies show a preference for plant-based foods. Stick to a primary diet of flakes or pellets. Vitamin-rich foods made of spirulina, kelp, or algae are best. You can also find formulas that focus on color vibrancy to ensure that your platies are always looking their best.
